Hi Marine,

I get around 15 mpg with a mix of hwy and city. 17 close to 18 hwy only. The tuners do not add a lot of mpg to these trucks. My guess woudl be 1 - 2 MPG increase. The performance is great. I should be at around 497hp/1044ft.lb at the rear wheels. Stock is 333/677 at the rear wheels so it's a decent increase. Not what you can get from a tuned 6.4 but still pretty good

My service depratment and I have a bit of history. My truck was in quite a bit at the start for CEL / DEF faults etc. So they already know it's tuned since Dec 2010. I just took it in and told them to fix it if they were going to cover it under warranty and if not to order me a water pump. They fixed it.

Thanks

I don't see why a leaky radiator wouldn't be covered due to a tuned engine/deleted emissions.

i've had my truck for 11 months now, 18K miles.. no cooling problems (knocks on wood) truck has already been through one Phoenix summer... Phoenix heat didn't seem to bother the truck at all last summer..doesn't bother my Ranger any more either since i stuffed a huge rad. into it..
