Removed the fuel cap to test the tank breathers and that didnt help. Took the two hoses off the tank and stuck them in a bucket again and no problems. Has to be the pick up. I can come to anything else. Anyone know where i can get a new one?

pull the sending units out and if nothing else you can solder new tubes on , or stick a piece of fuel line over the old tubes !

I used a brass compression union and a short piece of 3/8 steel line on dad's 96 F350. It has worked fine so far.

My plan is to cut the pick up tube off and drill it out and put a longer fuel line into the tank and set it just off the bottom with a screen on it. any pros/cons?
