current lift?

so i've had my truck for a year or so and i kinda want to get it a little bit bigger. when i bought it i was told it has a 4" lift, but i honestly dont know, not much where i live to compare to. my question is by looking at the pic can you tell how much of a lift and also how big can i go with just changing springs and nothing else?

I'd say it looks stock.

Here's mine with 285's with 2 inch blocks in the back.

maybe a 4" check for blocks under springs hopefully u dont have that. You will also have to replace shocks for longer ones and probably get a dropped pitman arm to correct steering angle in order to do it right

there are blocks in the back, cant remeber what i measured but it wasent 4" for sure ( would the block basically mean thats how big lift it? ), shocks i know will be fine they are too big for truck as is. i did get a 2.5" drop drag link too becasue the old drag link was dangerously worn.

Should be 4 inch blocks in there from the factory. If they have a tab coming off of them going towards the diff then they are factory.

they do have that tab coming off of them, so is that to say that the truck isnt lifted? or P/O changed springs only?

I think he thought he had a highboy but he didn't. I don't see anything to tell me it was lifted.

That's all stock. If it was lift springs than they would have more arch.

yeah i figured there wasent really any arch so there wasent much if any lift. i have 35" BFG all terrains now but i want more height. i know the back shocks are fine front ones should be good for a little height, so i guess besides drop drag link what else would i need to gett it a bit higher? minus the obvious leafs.
