You could do add a leafs which would get you some.

Add A Leaf, 3" 1973-79 Long Pair

I think you can put these on the fronts too.

I think you have some sort of a lift. Your front springs have positive arch to them and the factory springs are flat or negatively arched. Look at the springs on the front of mine, it has stock suspension and for reference has 235/85R16 tires (31.5"). If you look closely you'll see that the front springs are arched upward on mine and yours are ached downward. I would guess you have 2-3" of lift on the front and who knows what on the rear.

The only thing I can think of is he put a leveling kit on the front. Get some pictures of the front axle on each side.

And Buckin I think it is time for some new springs. They should have a little positive on them not negative.

JB78, way ahead of you, the super duty springs are sitting in the garage to go with a shackle flip and air bag overloads in the rear... As most of us know, it's a SLOW process!

Does anyone know if these truck came level from the factory or did they have some rear rake to them? Specifically talking "lowboy" F250 & F350 4x4 but any ride height info would be good for all models.

If your truck is a 78 or 79 Low-boy F250 then I would say you have a 4" lift by the looks of the pic you posted.

Lowboy?

Highboys were made until 77

Right, thats what Im saying..if its a 78 or 79 (aka lowboy) F250 then it looks like it's lifted 4". If it is a pre-77.5 (highboy) then its probably the stock ride height.
