1941 inside door handle removal
New member here. I want to remove the inside door handle and window crank to access the door linkage to install a power door lock kit if possible. I need to know how to remove them please. Also, if anyone has a recommendation for a power dr lock kit, let me know. The truck already has an alarm, with door lock output on it, so I want to make it easier to be able to leave this truck locked up unattended. The key procedure works, but it's a bit

The escutcheon (if you have one) is spring loaded. Push it back and there should be a pin holding the window crank. Remove the pin and the crank should come off. There are several universal window kits that can be adapted to work.
