It comes with the button, retainer, shift lever, rubber seal and OD wiring.

EDIT: Note the write up posted above is in reference to the 7.3 diesel engine and the problem caused if the wire insulation is compromised. V10 or V8 gas engines might not experience this issue. The purpose of the link is to demonstrate the shift lever replacement procedure...
