p.s. fluid is recomended and a good choice but you can spec out even better quality fluids for for most p.s. sytem all thes fluids are a type of hydraulic oil the question is which is better for that hyd. pump [p.s.pump ] i had a real knowledgable schaeffers guy spec out a better oil [ 315 simplex supreme ] also run it in transfercase ] ran it in a 94 suburban for 180,000 and several years in a 75 f250 and 45,000 miles on 08 altima but remember thats just a oppinion do your research

Could you type English... Maybe a period or comma in there?

You sure aint talking about our trucks.

Power steering fluid is not recommended for our trucks, ATF is.

Well I do need to get the psf outta there, but I seriously don't think thats my problem. I think it would be too much of a coincidence for something to go bad right after the clutch swap. I'am again, leaning toward something in the drivetrain. Would only make sense, right.
It has to be something I touched during the swap. Just hope it's not something in the tranny!
Guess I'll keep searching. My fear is that the noise I'am hearing will cause damage to something else and turn an inexpensive repair into a ''go to the bank and get a loan'' repair!

i usually know better than to mention specifics and most of all brands on lubricants, the group of guys i hang around, are pretty passionate about there lube choices, its a debate i like to stay out of, unless i just want to get a rise out of a friend i would like to withdraw that lube i mentioned, like i mentioned earlier oem is a good choice, and if you even think about trying other fluids ,do your research and monitor your choice with oil samples
