Hi guys, I'm looking at replacing my brake rotors on my 2008 F150 5.4 V8. Should I go with cross drilled or slotted? I heard slotted only rotors would be better for towing. I did research and ran into this company Brake Rotors | Brake Rotors & Performance Rotors | Cquence.net.
i did EBC drilled and slotted rotors up front, and Hawk LTS pads at all 4 corners. braking power has increased tremendously. very happy with this combo, and when the rear rotors are due i will get some Ebc drilled&slotted for the back as well
Guys, thanks for the reply's. I'm aware of all those brands but they cost much more then the Cquence rotors. The Cquence rotors have good reviews and are comparable to the power slots/stop techs from what I've been reading. My main question is what is better for towing, cross drilled or slotted or dimpled? It seems they also offer dimpled rotors as well.
