ICP Problems??????

ICP Problems??????
I have searched and searched, but cannot find the answer. When I unplug the ICP, my truck dies immediately. I have tried it with the programmer plugged in and with it returned to stock. It is the same each way. There is no indication of oil on the sensor. I show no codes at this time, other than the 1280 after I unplug the ICP.
I do have an Isspro gauge pigtail on it for the HPOP.
Any thoughts?

I'll do that. Thanks for the response. I have looked and looked, but it must be a boring problem. I'm guessing that at 358K (kilometers) that I may have some fuel delivery problems. It is nearly all factory parts at this point.
To top it off...it has started to die when I put it in reverse. Oh well, more research.
