underhood insulation

Does anyone know where I can get a new piece of the insulation material that is attached on the under side of the hood (engine compartment)? I see LMC sells a huge piece that needs to be cut to fit. anyone found anything that is ready to install? what supplier has it?

Only 1975/79 F100/350's w/460's came with a factory installed hood insulator. 23 plastic push pins were required to install it to the hood.

D5TZ-16738-A .. Hood Insulator / Obsolete

23) 386553-S .. Push Pin-1 1/8" round head-claw type-3/4" long / Obsolete

No Ford Dealer or obsolete parts vendor has the insulator.

100's of push pins are available NOS because they were used on other vehicles, but won't do you any good without the insulator.

Most peeps buy the material, then cut it to fit, use spray adhesive to attach it to the hood.
