Any advice on shock absorbers for a 73 F250 4x4 highboy? I have a 360 in it, NP435 four-speed with divorced NP205 TC. I'm pretty sure the shocks on it are the originals, and they not only need replacing, but they look like cr*p, too. Edlebrock has some nice looking shocks, but they don't make them for trucks older than 1980 (as far as I can tell). Any suggestions?
I also posted before that I'm looking for a complete parking brake assembly (all parts) for this F250. I've gone to every u-pull for miles with no luck- spent 2h pulling from an F100, thinking it would work. Nope. Anyone help me out? Tell me how much.
Lastly, I just swapped out my 360 for a remanufactured long block, and they don't require me to send in the old one. Anyone interested? Keep in mind this is the block and internals, but no manifolds or other removables, etc. I could probably get it on a pallet.

If there is no lift a local part place should be able to help you out on the shocks. if you have a lift I know when I worked the parts house sometimes the easiest way to get a new shock is to bring in the old. Rancho makes a wide variety ride quality with them is iffy though.
