2000 F250 Pass. Window Binding
2000 F250 passenger window was very slow - removed door panel applied lubricants to felts (per other threads here) - motor will move window up reasonably now (still sticky relative to drivers side) - on hitting the down button (both buttons - drvrs n pass side work btw) the glass actually still binds in the felts so much so now that the motor / scissor actuator actually pulls away from the glass going down! Leaving the glass hanging in the door?! WTF??!!
Obviously not an electrical/motor problem, tracks "look" fine, felts/plastics are in good condition - maluable not brittle cracking or otherwise damaged, no obvious bends, kinks, or twisting but man! I have taken out/loosened the three(?) bolts that hold the felt tracks in place, ran the window up n down with them totally loose and in various tightnesses/positions, almost not difference - put scissor actuator all the way down to bottom of door, ran the glass up and down the tracks by hand so I know its not "cocking" and it still binds.... I am at a loss - any thoughts?
-thanks
