I never remember when I work on my starters... I just get under there with a collection of sockets/wrenches and do the old fashioned trial and error method until I find what works. Doesn;t take but a few minutes to ever find the right socket/wrench.
Well mine was 17mm for all 3 and the main battery cable was also 17mm little Solinoid was 8mm. Fun time, had to do it on the side of my street in 11 degree weather. FML

Really the only time you need to know wrench sizes is when you are headed on a long trip and want to pack an emergency tool kit. That's when you do not want to be in the guessing mode and hope that you packed the correct tools.
