Hi does anyone know the frame width of a 78 bronco? I also would like to know if anyone knows if they have leaf springs or coils? I am looking to drop in a 7.3 IDI.
The Full size Bronco has always had coil springs up front. The broncos are identical to the F-series from the doors forward, I don't know the exact measurement off hand . Hope this helps.
