Ok so im replacing the heater hose in my 74 F250 4X4. I went to pull a hose off the copper tube thing that goes into the fire wall and into the heater core and the tube came out with the hose... What do i do to get it back in the right way or whatever?
Need to know quick cuz i gotta get my truck home..... and its dark
so you just pulled the heater core apart!! cant fix without replacing the heater core. im guessing your not A/C sooo take both hoses off the firewall and put a piece of tube in to make a continuous system. then when you get the time to replace the heater core (available at any parts store from 15$-45$) search the forum on a write up of how to do it.
