bump stops nearly touching

bump stops nearly touching
i have a 1990 f-250 4x4 with a 5.8 and the bump stops on the front is nearly touching due to spring sag . how do you get the front end back up to nearly new factory height ?

I think you've answered your own question...new front springs should cure that sag. Before you look online, check your local area for spring shops, and get some prices. Local spring shop in my area was a good $60 cheaper for rear F-250 springs than what I could find online.

Yes I think the leaf springs are getting tired. I'm thinking of adding a leaf spring from superlift which will strenghten the spring and raise it back up 1.5 to 2 inches. What do yall think

Definately sounds like you could use some new leaf springs, I don't think the add a leaf would do you any good. Better off just replacing the leaf springs.
