Started to remove my "stock" 1990 f 250 am/fm cassette radio... removed all the screws radio, ash tray, and heater controls above pulled on it got about 1 1/2 to 2 " out then a hard stop any suggestions ...it is NOT any wires, I think
Issue #2 I want to locate a right and left arnrest pad f 250 Custom in the tan color ... door panels are fine ... the "soft" part flops in the wind...and yes the plastic clips are broken =( NOS or aftermarket works for me... cheaper is even better ... Thanks Dave !!!
It's probably the antenna wire.
These are usually pretty short and need to be unplugged from the back corner before you can get the radio all the way off the slider.
Never thought about the antenna being that short, I will check it out as soon as it warms up a bit later today. I think I have an antenna extension in my misc. collection of otherwise useless collectibles I have collected !!! Thanks
