Question about intake assembly

Going back to stock for now from a K&N setup.

Does anyone know how the MAF pieces connect in the intake tube?

The 4 nuts and bolts from K&N that hold the MAF won't work in the stock setup. I can't find information on the size of screws.

Apparently misplaced the original connectors...DOH!!

Are there just 2 connectors that hold the MAF to the base?

Seems like the plastic baseplate that the MAF connects to uses only 2 screws and 2 long tabs to attach.

Still can't find anything schematics online. Know any links? Dealer closed today.

Anyone?

sorry bud, the only way that you are going to find the specific specs on the screws for the OEM setup fould be by looking on fordparts.com and entering your vin, or by waiting and calling a dealer...

I checked alldata and I was not able to find the screw specs.....

I found 2 screws for attaching the MAF and baseplate at the dealer. Mechanic had some in the shop.

Now, it seems I don't have (either lost or misplaced), the 3 inch connector that attaches the PCV plastic hose to the intake. I can't find any part number or details from diagrams or pics. The dealer wants to sell the whole unit for over $200.00.

I called some salvage yards and the one that did have an intake assembly would not break it up and wants $75.00. Still too much for just a piece of hose.

Anyone have pics of their rig so I can at least know what I'm looking for?

Tried to post a pic, guess it's not as easy as inserting an image from your stash. DUH! Guess I'll work on that too.

Thanks for the help.

Good call. Yes, they list 2 rubber hoses instead of the hard plastic type that is original. I might check local parts stores with this number and may have to use just a couple inches worth.

It looks like I need a connector piece with 2 male ends.

Appreciate the idea though. Thought someone might have a photo. I'll keep trying.
