School me on Stand pipe/Dummy Plug

Guys,

Somehow i got the stand pipe and dummy plug for (Driver Side) mixed up.

my question:

(long pipe = Stand Pipe) goes to rear of oil rail
(shot pipe = Dummy Plug) goes to front of oil rail

is that correct?

The two piece pipe goes in the back. The plug goes in the front.
