4" down pipe
Would that be a S/S 4"DP, or a OEM aluminized 4"DP?

4" down pipe
I don't know what year truck you have, but for the pre-'98's, I don't think there is a 4" downpipe. The biggest I know of is the Hypermax, it's 3" at the turbo outlet, and flares to 3 1/2" once it has cleared the firewall. I think it's a matter of clearance.
It's my understanding that it will lower egts noticeably, but I can't give you actual numbers. Someone that has one will have to chime in for that.
