Haha ya that would suck. My passenger door has an issue with alignment where it hits the fender and it used to be really bad and make a loud bang but i went and loosened all the fender bolts and tried to move it forward but it didn't work too well. It is a lot quieter now but it still hits
Well if it is anything like my mustang... It won't be but if you don't have any wires going from the body to the door and have an extra set of hands + a jack and other various materials it shouldn't take long. If your just doing pins its pretty easy, jack up the door take off the C clip or whatever fastener you have, re align door and re-install pin + clip the worst part is before you start, you think about how bad it is and how much it is going to suck trying to keep that heavy door up. It isn't terrible
Ya thats good, i had my step-dad (practically my dad) held my door and was telling me what to do with the hinge setup. He knows a lot about some things and doesn't know much about others. Where as i don't know much about any of it and usually manage to fumble my way into fixing something. I replaced the bolts in my radius arm bracket and if it wasn't for this site i might have had someone else do it. When i did it i went in blind and had to figure out what to do, it was only installing bolts but there was not a lot of space. Once i pretty much figured out how to see the bolts and work my hands to them it was fairly easy.
