What aftermarket pulley systems are out there that are good and worth the money for my Thunderjet. I want to run a Saginaw pump and I know there are two different ways to run a saginaw which are keyway and press fit. Which is better? I need a system to run A/C, Alt., and PS. Any suggestions?
For the sake of cost you could try to find a car that had a bog block in it, not pretty but everything you would need is there. The alt brackets are a problem in 77.5-79 f250 4x4 though.

Except for the smog pump that looks like the 429 Thunderjet I had in my 71 Colony Park, even to the Frigidare A6 compressor and Saginaw PS pump.
I wish I could help you with some of what you need, but what I have is a bunch of parts from my 86 F350 460 engine and it used a Ford PS pump and FS6 AC compressor.
Factory serpentine setup, which is actually not a serpentine setup, from a van with a 460. The chunk where the ac compressor would mount is fugly, but it works very nice. The pic below is from when I was mocking it up, before I had cleaned it up.
The bolt holes on the older heads are smaller. I had some bolts from another motor laying around that worked, but there's nothing wrong with good hardware store stuff. You will also need to use a couple washers as spacers where it mounts to the water pump. The same is true on the alternator bracket, though I don't remember what bolt I had to use spacers on.
Actually, what I found on my 86 when I put the serpentine setup on it was the bottom inboard bolt on the left head was larger, 1/2-13 vs 7/16-14. See attached picture.
