Getting ready for Upgrades

I'm getting ready to do some upgrade to my 6.0 let me know what y'all think and anything I may need to do while I'm doing it. I know I'm going to do 8 new injectors and a new injector harness, EGR delete and a new oil cooler. arp head studs and new gaskets new icp and plug. Here's my questions. I want to do tunes and exhaust later " can't afford to do it all at one time". Can I run 190 injectors without tunes? Will I have to go to a bigger turbo with the 190's? What are the down sides to the upgrades? What about air to air coolers? And lastly what head gaskets do I need to go with? I want to upgrade not destroy my truck just looking for more power and better fuel economy

OEM headgaskets for sure. 190's would be the last thing I'd put in and definitely not something I'd do for fuel economy. 155's will give you all the fuel you need/want and still be able to work the truck without having to go to a bigger turbo or tuner.
