I am having trouble finding these retaining clips that hold the fuel and brake lines to the inner frame rails (73 F-100, 302, AT, 2wd). I have searched through my LMC, Macs, JBG, and Dennis Carpenter catalogs & searched for "retaining, fuel, brake, hose, clip, riveted" and more on the internet.
Anyone have an idea where I can find these, or what keywords I should be searching for?
Thanks!!

Reason: mis-spelling
Those clips are obsolete and no longer avaliable. No one reproduces them and no dealers or obsolete suppliers have any, I know I've looked.
It looks like you already know this but they are easy to remove without damaging them. That's what I did on my project after I found out they were no longer avaliable.
To remove them, take an 1/8" pin punch, it has to be a pin punch with a flat nose not a center punch with a point. There is a small plastic pin that locks the clip in place. From the backside of the clip, take the punch and tap this pin back towards the front of the clip. Don't worry if you knock it all the way out, it doesn't matter. Once the pin is out, try prying the clip loose. You might have to gently squeeze the four little tangs together to get them to come through the frame.
To reinstall is easy too, put the clamp in place, press the four little tangs through the mounting hole, then tap the plastic pin flush to lock in place.
If you want to search for them let me know and I'll post the Ford part numbers but like I said, I've already searched and none were to be found.
Thanks for all the help. I was hoping I could find them OEM but sounds like aftermarket will have to do. I ended up busting most out of the frame with a hammer before I figured out how they were supposed to come out and I only have a few that are salvageable.
what about using those rubber coated style clamps, you could try the specialty hardware section in lowes too, they carry a good bit of automotive style fasteners.
