Bullet Proofing? What does it mean?
hi all, I have seen a few post about this, but not sure what folks are talking about?
what is zoodad?
ccv reroute?
harpoon mod?
Just a few that I found online..

hi all, I have seen a few post about this, but not sure what folks are talking about?
what is zoodad? cutting a hole in the header panel in front of the airbox intake to get colder air into the motor
ccv reroute? routing the crankcase hose from the valve cover out to atmosphere instead of running it back through the turbo for reburn
harpoon mod? cutting the small vent hose inside the fuel tank to allow for a faster more complete fill of the fuel tank

also to add to what partsman said bulletproofing is the process in wich you replace the known problems with the truck ie... oil cooler, egr cooler head bolts etc... with parts that dont break. look up bullet proof diesel they have some good info vids to give you a better idea
