Thanks a lot Encho. So today I finally my new EGR tube today so now I can hopefully put that on. I have to drill a hole in the headers for it and remove the other half of it from the EGR.

Just burned through another passenger side exhaust manifold gasket it less then 1,000 miles but I did finally hit the 295xxx mile mark on the odometer. Since I have the time and money I'm going to rebuild the 351W in it and see what kinda performance changes I can get. I found Sealed Power EMKP1116A000 - Federal Mogul Economy Engine Rebuild Kits - Kit/Combo Contents - SummitRacing.com on summit racing. Looks like a pretty good rebuild kit and was wondering about some input from you guys at FTE before I get too far. I'm going to get new heads from a buddy of mine that I'm going to send to a machine shop to get overhauled and I'll get the cam/crank mic'd out to see if I have to buy new ones. Any helpful information from you guys would be much appreciated.

Try reaching for Conanski in the Windsor engine or the F-150 of our vintage sections of the forum, he knows all the right part to build a mean engine that will be reliable.

Well the guy I bought the bronco from is very helpful with information about my truck because he has pretty much the exact same bronco. And I know another guy that has all the parts to build a 391? stroker motor but is would also be very helpful with my engine rebuild as well. But I will still check it out.

So I'm going to get a custom 3in y pipe coming off my headers and am going to get a high flow manga flow catalytic converter.. can anyone recommend a good cheep one weather its on summit or something? It's $85 at my local auto zone and I've seen a few on summit but I can't tell the difference between them besides the price.

just check part numbers on the two items to make sure, then double check on magnaflow's site to make sure they're the same thing.

So it's been a long while since i've updated this. I have a "new" 2 1/2 exhaust that goes from my headers to dual in dual out thrust muffler to exiting in front of the rear bumper. I got the trans/transfercase rebuilt and am now planning a few new things that I want imput on.

1) changing the front TTB dana 44 to a soild front axle from a f250 or 350 of the same year so that way I can do leaf springs up front with tri-shocks. (something I saw at the monster jam from one of the welovemud trucks.)

2) Rebuilding the 351W which has 296xxx miles on it and putting in a new 393 stroker motor. (Only if I can't sell the bronco before i get the funds for the motor. So if anyone is interested let me know.)

3) Replacing the 2 1/2" suspenion with 3" true dual exhaust running outside the frame and exiting before the rear tires with *unknown muffler name* in there. (I have the mufflers marked in my shopping cart i just don't remember the name. I went over it with my exhaust guy about a month ago.)

Any advice would be really appreciated from my fellow Truck lovers on FTE

You should have a Borg Warner transfer case.
