I fixed it I got a bad solenoid on the innerfender autozone gave me a bad one thanks for all ur help guys

The amperage your cables are till able to carry is probably the problem. New battery....new starter...end result is wiring. If it were a timing issue , you would have the same problem even when jump started. I would bet it's in the cables since you have done everything else. And please forget about the screwdriver crossover thing. The solonoid is either hot or not.
