pretty much. most pumps put out 3200+ that are good.

So you would need Both Volume and Pressure to reach that high of ICP

will you need pressure that will go that hig, volume is a whole differnt game that has no spec in this case. thats the one catch its possible to have a bunch of one and little of the other.
this will normally show up in high then desiered ipr% to make up for the lack of volume, but once again not always.
