Mine's a diesel so its loud as ****. But the interior is pretty squeaky and rattly, pretty much goes with the territory. The barn doors creak some, the console and cup holders rattle, and the seats all shake when you hit a bump. Like any other domestic truck of its era and earlier.

Well ladies and gents, I just brought the ex home with me yesterday, and it far exceeded my expectations!!! Super quite, rattle free, squeek free. Can't believe how quite the 7.3 is in the cab compared to my super duty. I think ford put extra sound deadening material in for the ex. I LOVE THIS THING!!! Only has 54000 miles

Mine has a rattle in the driver side rear panel that I can't get tracked down so I bought a powered subwoofer. Problem solved
