my 2005 f2500 cc v10 4x4 with 26000 miles is creaking me to death. the panels between the doors creak and pop really bad. i have uses 3 cans of silicone spray lube on all the rubber seals around the windows and door seals and it still creaks and pops and also when i take off it makes a popping noise this noise is coming from the cab area sounds like the body mounts. i have removed everthing personal from the cab to eliminate clutter from being the noise anyone have any ideas this sd is really starting to disappoint me
ya mine does that 2--its anoying for certain--but the truck
shuddering,shimmying, vibrating, wandering is worse
i think if you can get the doors adjusted properly, that
would help a great deal. i ve asked a couple different bodyshops
to adjust my doors, but they both declined saying these trucks
are a b-tch to stop the doors creaking.
so, i turn up the radio up and hold the wheel tight

I don't know if this applies but my 04 made a lot of weather strip rubbing noise when I got it. There is a tsb on this that says to replace both of the upper body weather strips (the ones that go front to rear) after doing this I have no noise.
I have not seen the TSB yet on this, but I am having the same issue with the weatherstripping rubbing against the door making that creaking noise. Yesterday I got out there and readjusted the rear doors so that there isn't so much pressure against the moudlings and that seemed to have quieted it down a whole lot. With the doors closed, you can push against the upper portion of the doors and hear where the creaking is coming from. Also, I wrapped the lock latch's a couple of times with some 3M black electrical tape and that cuts down the doors jumping around which will also make the ride quieter.
