Yeah I'm looking forward to it all getting started again. I'll be an Aric Almirola fan this year as he will be driving the 43 car. Can't wait to see who will be the center of controversy this year since the Busch brothers will probably be relatively calmed down after last season. I also hope the championship will be as unpredictable as it was last year. And, last but not least, I hope there are lots of different winners with no particular driver winning more than two races the whole season. Spread the winning around so nothing is predictable. It will probably never happen that way but anything is possible. I'll still enjoy it no matter how it plays out though.
Kind if looking forward to the NASCAR season starting, but not for the reason you guys are....a month after Daytona,my local dirt track starts throwing dirt!! I might not be much of a NASCAR fan this year, going to try to make some of the bigger dirt track races in the are or a few hours away. You can't beat seeing Bloomquist, Steve Francis, Billy Moyer, Don O'neal, etc. race for the win!! mix in a few local drivers with a chance to win,and it's almost the perfect race scenario!!
ummmm,, I think behind you somewhere. Won 2 yrs ago tho as a Freshman, lol
9 weeks per driver is tough to manage (challenging) but is exciting. Dont change it
They should move the Daytona cup date to a track where they still race. Since the intro of the restrictor plate, Daytona is nothing more than a high speed parade lap. Bring a cup date back to Rockingham, add another to Darlington, or even a 3rd to Bristol but Daytona & Talladega are a waste of an otherwise good weekend.
I wonder how the engines will hold up with the ethanol and fuel injection. I was surprised the engines held up as well as they did last year with E-10, or what additives, if any, were used.
