Cardinal fans

How many guy's are Cardinal fans? How far are they going to go this year? Anyone going to one of the last games in Busch? What is your opinion on the new stadium?

I'm not a real big baseball fan, would rather play than watch, but I would like to see them win another World Series. I haven't been to a game in years. I can see the new stadium from the highway on my way to work. It looks nice and will make that area of downtown look nicer. One of my buddies is actually working on it.

It'd be great to win a World Series Game 7 as the final game in Busch Stadium. Has anyone else thought of this as a possibility?? I'm not the baseball fan I used to be, but it's still my #2 sport. Hope they do well this year.

Game 7 at Busch, that would be a good send off. Just imagine how much one of those tickets could go for.

Jeez, I just hope they haven't forgot how to win. Not looking to great right now. If I remember correctly they did this last year too, and managed to turn it back on once the postseason started.

Yeah, now would be a good time to get a losing streak out of their systems.

Series tied up and I just checked and the games tied. Are we going to get to see another game at Busch?

Gah, if they could just string some hits together! And I heard Nunez was injured (missed the first 6 innings). Time to rally, Cardinals!

Looks like they're hanging on. One more game in Busch. Is it going to game seven?

Cards are done but they had a good year. Now it's time for Busch to come down.

Goodbye Cards

I made all the home games in the post season with my daughter - but that last game on Wednesday night was painful. The loss last year to the Red Sox was also a painful game to attend, but in a different way.

If anyone ever wants tickets to Cards game at the new stadium, just let me know - I can never make all the home games.

I'll look for some of you tomorrow at Bandanna's.
