EBP question

What is considered "normal" EBP reading at idle? 2003 6.0 F-550

An 03 with any kind of dealer flash after sometime in 05, IIRC, doesn't use the EBP sensor. It's an inferred value.

Should it even show up on my scanner? I'm showing 0.00 KOEO, 34.00 or so at idle and anywhere between 250 and 300 in between the "farts" and the "surge"

OK, thanks. Maybe you can help me with this problem. Truck came in on the "hook" with a broken exhaust rocker arm. Replaced assy and truck idles like a new one. Took on test drive and it had no power set code 2262. Re-conditioned turb and replaced MAP and VGT, performed re-learn procedure and test drove. No power, black smoke and the turbo farts. Cleaned EBP tube and replaced sensor, same problem. Re-installed old MAP sensor, No farts, no smoke and no power. What am I over-looking? Ready to pull my hair out!!!

check vref shorts and also look into dtc p0046 as a possible pinpoint test to go off of. may also be related to a concern with pinpoint test p.
load tested any circuits yet?

I have 11.5 volts at the VGT connector, my scanner is unable to command the solenoid to open and close.

One simple thing to check: When you replaced the MAP sensor did you clean the hose and the nipple on the intake that the hose fits on? Sometimes they get clogged from crap in the intake and won't allow the MAP to read. Also, MAP and BARO should read virtually identical at KOEO.
