Early 03 EBPS question

I have a buddy who has an early 03 Ex 6.0. In trying to diagnose another issue, we were looking at the EBPS value to compare with the MAP and BARO. When reading the EBPS the value is blank when reading via a dashdaq. When connected to an 04 it read a correct value.

Any ideas?

The EBP sensor on an 03 was flashed out of the system quite a while back. It uses an inferred value, not the actual sensor value, so it will read the sensor as blank.

I can't see it through the PCM on my 03 motor either. I plan on turning it into an analog gauge.

out of curiosity did the 04 you mention have an EGR deleate

I unpluged that one to no EBP codes on my 03
