Tony, your coming down with a fever, and the only way to cure it, is to see Dr Ford. Welcome to FTE the best darn old Ford site ,bar none. I felt what you are feeling when i first saw my 50 F1, and ive never looked back, or been sorry that i bought it ever. Yes its alot of work, depending what you want to do, and yes you will probably end up spending more money than you plan but, it will be a journey that you will love, and enjoy. I love my truck, it may not be anything close to a show truck, but im learning as i go, and doin it myself ( thanks to the nice folks on this site ) Welcome, welcome, Welcome.

Sounds like a nice find.... When someone says "running when parked", 2 years you should rebuild the motor... change, flush and refill all other fluids... tires hear would be dry routed... if in the sun the rubber could be burnt... My first question was things drained and winterized? I haven't seen it, what do you think your willing to pay for it? Offer him less and try to settle on what you think your willing to pay for it. Food Luck and welcome to FTE from the Darkside! Don't be a hater, embrace the Darkside!

Welcome Tony. Yep...you're already hooked. Go ahead and get it while it's still there and the guy is willing to deal. Glad to have you aboard.
