OK here is a weird one for you guys, I pulled my EGR out just to check to see how filthy it was, it wasn't too bad so I just wiped it down and reinstalled it. The only two plugs I unplugged were the EGR and the plug going to the EGR Throttle Actuator. I got it all put back together everything plugged back in and all it did was crank and smoke like hell out the tail pipe. I had the street tune installed and the EGR turned off, I returned the PCM to stock and turned the EGR back on and it started and ran fine. My question is why would it not start by just unplugging those two plugs? I didn't turn the key on at all while they were unplugged. I'm puzzled.
Thanks Guys

I'm wondering if the throttle blade, if it's actually there on your 04, didn't close and choke the air off and possibly reloading the tune caused it to reactuate to it's proper position. Just a random thought.

I was thinking the exact the same thing. How did the engine sound like, while cranking it over when it wouldn't start? Did it sound like a gas engine being cranked over with all the spark plugs removed (no compression)?
It sounded kinda sluggish, I know I have four bad injectors but I don't think that would have anything to do with just unplugging and plugging back in two plugs. I could be wrong but it's running and starting fine now on the stock tune, I'm not goging to put the tune back on until I do the injectors.
