I had replace the little elbow behind the intake and under the throttle body. When I replaced it, there was a small plastic tube that fell out of the valve.
Any idea what that tube is? What purpose does it serve?
I too found the same plastic tube that was inserted up into the TB and held in place by the infamous self destructing rubber elbow associated with line that goes to the PVC. Not sure on this tube's purpose, but if anyone has an idea, please comment. Maybe its purpose is to make the pinhole leak in the elbow
On a related note, the dealer's cost for the elbow is a mere $2.00 less than the dealer's cost for the part that includes the elbow, the tube, and the rubber fitting at the PVC end. I opted to replace all of it for the extra $2.
