I dont know much about these trucks but I do know about this problem all to well! LOL I had mine out one time to check/clean it and when I went to put it back in ever time i tightened it up I could not get the plug back in its original spot facing down. I tried for hours! off/on off/on only to finally find out that once its tight you just grab the dam thing and twist it where you want it.... O-well hope I helped.
I bought a nut (axle nut if I remember correct) and screwed it on the old IPR with the o-ring removed. I marked the location of the IPR connector on the nut. Then I screwed the nut on the new IPR and rotated the connector to the marks on the nut. When I installed the IPR, the connector was clocked in the right location.
If you have an IPR socket, you can use it to clock the connector after installing the IPR.
