I have the same brand on mine. However, you won't need the rear lift unless you want it. A simple 2.5" level in the front will put you just about dead level. This is what I bought: Rough Country 2.5" Leveling Kit fits 2004-2011 Ford F150 4WD #570 | eBay

Is it good? Yeah. In my opinion, when it comes to leveling kits there isn't really "bad" ones. All the leveling kits are are two plastic or metal blocks like you can see in the link that sit on top of your struts. It all comes down to price and whether you want plastic or metal ones? The plastic rough country ones are fine for me because they are from a reputable company and if something ever happens like they break or start to rub on something, they won't scratch or tear anything near as bad as a metal one would.

So yes, I think they are a good choice and I have had no problems with mine. I had them installed at a local shop in under an hour for their standard rate.

So these are plastic? I'm gonna do quite a bit of offroading so they will be ok? and with the rear block is it gonna make the rear end stick up? i want a little height so if i wanted it as high as I can get it would you reccomend the rear block?

Yes, they are plastic, but not some cheap plastic. It's more like a really strong polymer like material. Almost like metal, except it's plastic, lol. I don't do any kind of "off-roading" really so I can't really speak for their durability in that area, but I would feel very confident in saying that they would hold up just as good as any other brand or material.

The kit you linked comes with a 1" rear block so your rear will stick up 1" more than the front. If you haul or tow a lot you may want it. Hauling and towing with a level truck will cause the rear to sag and the front to point upwards which will cause your headlights to blind people among other things. If you are simply wanting the level for looks and to fit tires, then all you will need is the 2.5" block in the front. That is what I have as I don't do a whole lot of towing or hauling and I just wanted it so I could fit my 33s under there.

So basically if you tow/haul a lot then I'd say get it. Although it is only 1" which really isn't significant, it is better than nothing I suppose. If you don't and/or just need to be able to fit larger tires than just get the 2.5" block in the front. Maybe some others can chime in. I am definitely no expert, just speaking on what I have learned from these forums when I was in the same situation you were.

Yes some kits are a form of plastic. Some people will argue that these kits will give just a small amount to give a slightly smoother ride then the steel blocks you see from other kits. You would be find with that kit and still get what you want out of it. But if you want to spend in the $200 range and get steel look at the Ready Lift or Skyjacker leveling kits.

You could also look into the Hell Bent and Auto Spring kits. About all I know of these are they are much less expensive usually in the $100 range. I can't say whether one is better then the other though but many guys on this site have the Hell Bent and Auto Spring kits.

Here is how it squatted with four 4 wheelers on it going to WV not to bad considering all the crap we had packed around the yellow one So judging by this do you think ill need the rear block and shocks? or just the front?

for your 06 I would do the AutoSpring 2" up front and then install a set of air bags in the rear for the weight towing.

I was looking into the Rancho quick lift LOADED front suspension system. It comes with the strut and spring for around $400 plus and gives you 2.5" on the front. You need to get wheel realigned etc after you install the Rancho. Rancho makes a quick lift and quick lift LOADED which the loaded version comes with the spring.
