Sat. (I was told) is out of the question. I guess I might have to tackle it tomorrow and then on my next days off.

Seemed very easy to do. The skid I picked up is a 1999 with fox shocks & I beleive it was in an xlt?

Anyway, I moved the rear mounts forward in the tunnel 2-3/4" This put them right at 23-1/16" center to center from the front mounts. After some research I thought this was all I needed to do. I got it all back together, but the track seems too tight. It has close to the proper amount of tension in the track now, but only if I have the rear wheels all the way forward. Does this seem possible? It also appears to put the side rails dangeriously close to the track just behind the wheels".
I read the same thread too Cory, never did come to a conclusion if he moved the front holes or not.

Haha that is true Mike.

Cory, even with the tensioners all the way forward I cannot believe the rails would touch the track. You should be able to see even with it out of the sled if that would happen.

Hey Mike!

Yes, it is! Thanks.

We could do either day for the GTG. Suppose we gotta see what Chris has available.

That is one of the problems searching the internet for how to do something, you will come up with a LOT of different answers, some might be right others might be WAY off.

Yea, I think he is a yuppie trying to turn technician. I am going to use the front "stock" holes and then go by the measurements from there. I am going to see if I can get it done by tomorrow night.

I have faith in you Cory.

We can always work at my place too Dave if it doesn't work to do it at Chris' work.

I have most of the tools we could possibly need. And if we need a torch we would just need to "borrow" some gas lines.

Have a good one Cory.

Just saw your accident on the news Dave. It was a pedestrian that was hit and killed.
