Well, I'll break Dale's news for him. He got a pretty good deal on that Excursion. I looked at it today, and it was pretty solid. Not to much to complain about...
That's cool.
Congrats Dale!!

Here is something I found that has got me thinking..........but worse case I have to pull it back out and drill the front out too.
"Hi just picked up a 95 XCR And decided to do the xtra10 upgrade right away.
Seemed very easy to do. The skid I picked up is a 1999 with fox shocks & I beleive it was in an xlt?
Anyway, I moved the rear mounts forward in the tunnel 2-3/4" This put them right at 23-1/16" center to center from the front mounts. After some research I thought this was all I needed to do. I got it all back together, but the track seems too tight. It has close to the proper amount of tension in the track now, but only if I have the rear wheels all the way forward. Does this seem possible? It also appears to put the side rails dangeriously close to the track just behind the wheels".
I read the same thread too Cory, never did come to a conclusion if he moved the front holes or not.
Cory, even with the tensioners all the way forward I cannot believe the rails would touch the track. You should be able to see even with it out of the sled if that would happen.
That is one of the problems searching the internet for how to do something, you will come up with a LOT of different answers, some might be right others might be WAY off.
Yea, I think he is a yuppie trying to turn technician. I am going to use the front "stock" holes and then go by the measurements from there. I am going to see if I can get it done by tomorrow night.
