distributor?

well ill start off here,see if anyone can help my 86 f150 currently has a 302 from a 77 f150 with the durraspark2 ignition system and the motor is goin bad so my buddys got to gether and baught me a 351 from a 76 f150,well last night we got into tearing the 351 down and i noticed that the 76 f150 didnt use the same style connecter on the distributor as the 301 does, is the 351 not ds2?

DSI or DSII should have same connector on distributor. Distributor itself is not interchangable between 302 and 351.
