That might be where the f350 drive shaft would be better at the more extreme angles. It has a double cardan joint at the transfer case. But depending on which transfer case you have it can be a PITA to get the right yoke off the transfer case
Could I got buy the double cardan joint and put it on the end of my drive shaft?

Wont work. The yoke from the transfer case for the 350 drive shaft is different than than the 250. I don't know anything about your truck but if it has a borg Warner 4407 transfer case, those 350 yokes are almost impossible to find. I found an after market one that I was able to modify to work.
I have the sway bar on the passenger side that goes up to the motor housing plate.
A sway bar and track bar are different. It sounds like you have the track bar (panhard bar) that you need. With your lift you will need to buy (or make) a drop down bracket to go between the front crossmember and the mount on the inner end of the trackbar.
Yep I have that, working on making the drop bracket a little today. My steering is way off line though have to get a alignment. Tires are straight but the steering wheel is upside down. haha. Fellas almost got the front all working. Thanks ALOT for all of your help.
You can fix that by adjusting the drag link I think. My steering wheel and turning radius in one direction was off some also when I put mine in. I think I shortened mine by turning it in
if the steering wheel is 180 degrees out, the easiest way to fix it is to remove the column from the box, spin it 180, and put it back on.
i had to do it to the 88 when i rebuilt the column. i was not paying attention when i put it back in, and put it in 180 out.
Well drove it today, Done real good. Looking to buy some lock outs. Mine are different. Track bar is still off, Steering wheel is almost straight, It don't drive like its outta alignment, It does make a whining sound now though. Not sure if its Bearings, or maybe out of line a little.
