4x4 High and Low flashing
I have a 2005 Expedition XLT and my 4x4 High and Low will flash 3 times about every 15 minutes or so when I'm driving. When I try to activate 4 wheel drive..there's no noise, the lights will continue flash as if it wasn't 4WD. It's also not giving codes to the dealer. They think it may be disconnected. It used to be a cop car, so I'm wondering if the police accidentally cut a wrong wire or something? Is there basic things I can look at myself without taking anything apart?
