I found it at the good ol junk yard, I think the F650 or 600 is what they are mostly in.

How funny, I got mine from pick ur part. it was a big blue and black monster. They are rare but out there.

yes it had a bracket and the switch. the bottom switch is a dummy switch right now. I figure later I can add something.

Will that kinda of dash fit a 1967 F100? I came across 3 of these at the local pic n part, if they will fit I think I just might nab them if there not to much trouble to put in.
