Beware of claims of increased fuel economy - not even the experts can guarantee this. More power is easy, just add fuel - but frequently at the cost of wasted fuel and higher exhaust temps. If you chip, you don't want a bunch of black soot when you step on it, and you will need gauges to monitor things that can be hurt with the added power. Many of the hard-core users here have DP-Tuners or PHP. If cost of the chip is the deciding factor, remember that the damage done by the wrong chip easily costs 10 to 20 times the money saved. It's safer to have the attitude to "step up or step back".
