i would first start with buying a scangauge2. it is a multi gauge tool that is well worth the money. every 6.0 owner whould have one and its a must to monitor ect and eot. it sounds like a hp oil internal leak. either stc fitting or stand pipes or dummy plugs. if you wanna test it b4 u get gauges, there is the icp sensor on the passenger side valve cover that requires 500psi in the rails for injectors to fire. if you unplug that, and it start, then you have a hp oil leak somewhere. make sure you only run ford oil, fuel, and air filters. its a must. also, with the scangauge2, you can monitor ficm voltage.

Have you tried the no start thread in the tech folder? If it cranks lazily maybe your detailing project wore down the batteries - radio on, interior lights, etc. If it cranks strong and fast but wont start I would recommend starting with the ICP sensor/FICM as those are fuel related. I had a similar issue (fast crank, no start) awhile back and it was the ICP sensor. The no start thread has info on both. Good luck.
