2006 6.0 starting problems, please help!
I have a 06 F250 with the 6.0, miles are at 28,000. Every time I try to start it the first time after sitting for a few hours, I have trouble getting it to start the first time. It turns over but will note start, after turning key off then start it agian it start right up. The oil and filters were just changed at 25,000 (oil is full). Both batteries are good. This happens everytime I try to start it, outside temp. does not make a difference. Does anyone have any ideas how to correct this.

Does it start OK after you have run it awhile, shut it down, and then try to re-start?
If so, I would start with running a 5W40 sytnthetic oil (if you don't already) and then get the most recent flash update.
IF it still does it, There is a "troubleshooting a no-start condition" thread in the Tech Folder.
