starter problem

Got in my 99 F250 super duty 7.3 after work the other day.
All it did when I turned the key was click.
I jumped across the solenoid, and got the same click like the bendix was throwing, but no power to turn the starter. Thought it was probably the starter so I removed it and went to the parts store. They put it on the test stand, and the starter worked perfectly. I replaced the solenoid today, and still only get the same click of the bendix. the lights don't dim or anything as they would if there were current going to the starter.
Seems that the bendix is working but not getting power to field coil.
Where can I look next to see what is happening.
Not sure how to fix this.
Thanks

A few days ago I posted a wiring diagram of the starting system. If you need one, it's here:

Be aware that the wiring may be different for your later-model rigs.

They made some changes in there somewhere about the time they went to offset gear-reduction starters (as opposed to planetary gear-reduction).

That's two-bolt mounting (later models) instead of three-bolt mounting.
