If it was mine I'd change it. If you start trying to flatin the finger out with a file or grinder you may get it out of balance.

Call them they may work with you

See, dropping the transmission is probably no big deal for you. For me, if I'm dropping the transmission, I'm doing everything while I'm in there.

That's OK bud, I'm no expert either... a big wtf keeps scrolling thru my mind when I have to deal with this kind of stuff...you think you're good for a while with no problems and then when it rains it pours

Yeah I really don't wanna finesse it with friction modifiers :-)
