Clutch Help

My dad's got a 2K F150 with a 4.2 and a 5spd, it's got 135k on it now.

The clutch pedal 1/2 of its travel is free play, not like it was when new, It slips if you don't have the cluch fully out even crusing.

I'm thinking it's time for a new clutch and pressure plate.

Is that what it is?

sounds like it too me. I would go with the new clutch and pressure plate. GL

My 97 has been doing that for about 50,000 miles now. I keep waiting for it to slip before I change it but it never does, I am probably just going to go ahead and change it anyhow.
